Returns

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other similar items cannot be returned unless faulty.

- Return the item within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items
